Flanged Emergency Repair Clamp

The Flanged Emergency Repair Clamp is for sudden severe leaks at flange joints. Flange joints can fail catastrophically. The gasket blows out. The flange face cracks. Large amounts of water escape. Normal repair methods need a full shutdown and dismantling. Our clamp creates an emergency seal around the outside of the flange pair. It stops the leak fast.

The clamp is a split-ring design. Two housing halves form a complete ring around the flange pair. The ring encloses both flanges completely. End seals press against the pipe walls on each side. A thick EPDM gasket fills the internal cavity. This creates a new sealing system independent of the original. The leak is contained inside the clamp. No water escapes. The clamp can be removed later when a permanent fix is scheduled.
