Our Product
The company's core product portfolio encompasses a full range of ductile iron valves and pipeline emergency repair equipment, categorized primarily as follows:
(1) Universal connectors, designed for the rapid connection of pipes made from various materials-such as ductile iron, steel, and PE-featuring anti-pullout and telescopic capabilities to facilitate future maintenance;
(2) Threaded gate valves, used for isolating, connecting, and regulating flow in water supply systems;
(3) Straight-pipe repair clamps, offering a comprehensive range of sizes (compatible with both standard and non-standard diameters) for the rapid, live-line repair of leaks in straight pipe sections;
(4) Flanged tees and flanged branch tees, utilized for live-line tapping and branching operations;
(5) Elbow repair clamps, specifically engineered for the rapid repair of leaks at the socket joints of 90-degree elbows;
(6) Large socket repair clamps, designed for the rapid repair of leaks at pipe socket joints;
(7) Multifunctional repair clamps, suitable for the rapid repair of leaks at butt-fusion welded joints. The products support working pressures ranging from 1.0 to 1.6 MPa and cover a complete size range from DN15 to DN800; custom manufacturing for non-standard specifications is also available.




Product Application
Fufa Valve products are widely used in the maintenance and renovation of urban and rural water supply networks, effectively addressing leakage issues caused by aging or damaged pipes. They serve municipal water treatment plants and water transmission and distribution projects, ensuring the security of urban water supplies. The products are utilized in secondary water supply systems and household piping for high-rise buildings and support large-scale network upgrades for water utility groups. They are suitable for the connection and emergency repair of various pipelines within underground utility tunnels, as well as for industrial water supply and drainage systems in sectors such as chemicals, power generation, and urban infrastructure. Capable of rapid emergency repairs and hot tapping (drilling under pressure) without interrupting the water supply, these products significantly minimize the economic losses and social impact associated with service outages; they are particularly well-suited for emergency repairs on critical urban trunk lines and in residential areas where high standards of water supply reliability are required

Its products have received the hygiene license for products related to drinking water safety in Fujian Province (Approval No. Min Wei Shui Zi [2022] No. 0178), with internal epoxy resin linings that comply with the "Hygienic Safety Evaluation Specification for Equipment and Protective Materials in Drinking Water Transmission and Distribution." Tested by the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection and Technical Research, the products showed no structural damage or visible leakage during casing tests, meeting the GB/T 13927-2008 pressure testing standard. Furthermore, the company has earned numerous honorary titles, such as "Recommended Product for Engineering Construction," "Nationally Recognized Brand for Customer Satisfaction," "AAA-Grade Credit Enterprise," "Product Certified by National Authoritative Testing," and "National '3.15' Integrity Enterprise." The company holds multiple independent intellectual property patents-including utility model patents for repair clamps, flange pressure rings and connectors, and pipeline connection assemblies, as well as various design patents (covering repair clamps, elbow repair clamps, pipeline compensators, pipeline connectors, connection bases, flange pressure rings, anti-dislodgement rings, socket-end gate valves, and repair clamp gate valves)-thereby establishing a robust system of technical barriers and product protection.






Production Equipment
The company is equipped with advanced production machinery covering the entire manufacturing process, including casting, machining, coating, and inspection. The casting stage utilizes ductile iron melting and pouring equipment to ensure consistent material quality and a dense microstructure in the raw castings. The machining workshop houses various precision machines-such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines-capable of meeting the dimensional accuracy requirements for a wide range of valves and pipe fittings. The surface treatment workshop features an electrostatic coating line that applies thermosetting epoxy resin powder; the resulting coating offers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and superior leveling, with a finish virtually free of defects such as pinholes or craters. Regarding quality control, the company maintains dedicated physical-chemical testing laboratories and hydrostatic testing rooms. These facilities are equipped with instruments such as material composition analyzers, hardness testers, and tensile testing machines, alongside specialized pressure testing equipment. Every product batch undergoes rigorous shell strength and sealing performance testing in strict accordance with the GB/T 13927-2008 standard, ensuring that finished products exhibit no structural damage or visible leakage under a hydrostatic pressure of 2.4 MPa.

The company's sales network spans 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions across China (excluding Taiwan), and it has established long-term, stable partnerships with numerous water supply companies, water utility groups, and municipal engineering firms. Thanks to their excellent cost-performance ratio and the company's rapid supply capabilities, its products are widely used in projects such as water supply network upgrades, the renovation of secondary water supply facilities in older residential areas, and the construction of municipal utility pipelines. The company maintains an annual sales volume of approximately RMB 80 million, enjoying a strong market reputation and high customer recognition. Meanwhile, the company is actively expanding into overseas markets; it plans to introduce its "Guanshenda" brand products to developing countries and regions-including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa-to compete internationally and enhance the brand's global influence.

During the pre-sales phase, we recommend the most suitable products and configurations based on parameters such as pipe material, diameter, operating pressure, and site conditions. During the sales execution phase, we ensure rapid order delivery and utilize carton packaging to minimize surface damage during transit. In the post-sales phase, we offer installation guidance and technical support; our repair clamp series features a modular design that enables rapid on-site installation without interrupting the water supply or requiring extensive excavation, thereby significantly saving on labor, materials, and time. Regarding product quality, we utilize high-quality EPDM rubber for sealing-offering resistance to temperatures ranging from -40°C to 180°C, as well as ozone and aging resistance-with a service life exceeding ten years; the seal employs a triple-diagonal-line structure for superior performance. We use Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts to ensure reliable, fatigue-resistant, and secure connections that allow for disassembly and replacement. Finally, the casing features an epoxy resin powder coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring stable, long-term operation even in harsh environments characterized by high humidity or corrosive conditions.
