Our Factory

 

The company's manufacturing facility is located in the Meilin Xikou Industrial Zone, Nan'an City, Quanzhou, Fujian Province. It boasts ample space and a well-organized workshop layout, encompassing a complete range of production processes such as casting, machining, coating, assembly, and testing. The factory is equipped with advanced CNC machining equipment, automated coating lines, and precision testing instruments, ensuring high machining accuracy and superior surface quality for every component. QT450 ductile iron is utilized as the primary raw material; this material offers excellent casting properties, wear resistance, and reliable low-temperature impact toughness, thereby guaranteeing the product's mechanical performance. Regarding quality control, the factory strictly implements a three-tier inspection system-comprising incoming material inspection, in-process inspections, and full inspection of finished goods-to ensure that every product leaving the facility meets national standards and customer requirements. Furthermore, the factory prioritizes environmental protection and workplace safety, having achieved ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) certifications to ensure green, safe, and sustainable production.

(2) Threaded gate valves, used for isolating, connecting, and regulating flow in water supply systems;

(3) Straight-pipe repair clamps, offering a comprehensive range of sizes (compatible with both standard and non-standard diameters) for the rapid, live-line repair of leaks in straight pipe sections;

(4) Flanged tees and flanged branch tees, utilized for live-line tapping and branching operations;

(5) Elbow repair clamps, specifically engineered for the rapid repair of leaks at the socket joints of 90-degree elbows;

(6) Large socket repair clamps, designed for the rapid repair of leaks at pipe socket joints;

(7) Multifunctional repair clamps, suitable for the rapid repair of leaks at butt-fusion welded joints. The products support working pressures ranging from 1.0 to 1.6 MPa and cover a complete size range from DN15 to DN800; custom manufacturing for non-standard specifications is also available.

Production Equipment

 

The company is equipped with advanced production machinery covering the entire manufacturing process, including casting, machining, coating, and inspection. The casting stage utilizes ductile iron melting and pouring equipment to ensure consistent material quality and a dense microstructure in the raw castings. The machining workshop houses various precision machines-such as CNC lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines-capable of meeting the dimensional accuracy requirements for a wide range of valves and pipe fittings. The surface treatment workshop features an electrostatic coating line that applies thermosetting epoxy resin powder; the resulting coating offers excellent adhesion, corrosion resistance, high hardness, and superior leveling, with a finish virtually free of defects such as pinholes or craters. Regarding quality control, the company maintains dedicated physical-chemical testing laboratories and hydrostatic testing rooms. These facilities are equipped with instruments such as material composition analyzers, hardness testers, and tensile testing machines, alongside specialized pressure testing equipment. Every product batch undergoes rigorous shell strength and sealing performance testing in strict accordance with the GB/T 13927-2008 standard, ensuring that finished products exhibit no structural damage or visible leakage under a hydrostatic pressure of 2.4 MPa.

In the post-sales phase, we offer installation guidance and technical support; our repair clamp series features a modular design that enables rapid on-site installation without interrupting the water supply or requiring extensive excavation, thereby significantly saving on labor, materials, and time. Regarding product quality, we utilize high-quality EPDM rubber for sealing-offering resistance to temperatures ranging from -40°C to 180°C, as well as ozone and aging resistance-with a service life exceeding ten years; the seal employs a triple-diagonal-line structure for superior performance. We use Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts to ensure reliable, fatigue-resistant, and secure connections that allow for disassembly and replacement. Finally, the casing features an epoxy resin powder coating that provides excellent corrosion resistance, ensuring stable, long-term operation even in harsh environments characterized by high humidity or corrosive conditions.
