Flanged-End Pipeline Emergency Repair Clamp

The Flanged-End Pipeline Emergency Repair Clamp is for sudden breaks at flange roots. The flange root is one of the weakest points on a pipe. Stress concentrates there. Corrosion attacks there. Weld defects show up there. When a flange root breaks, the leak is massive. Our clamp fixes it without removing the flange, without welding, and without stopping water flow.

The clamp has two main sections. One section bolts to the flange face using the existing flange bolt holes. The other section wraps around the broken pipe. The flange section uses the original flange bolts to anchor the clamp. The pipe section seals against the pipe OD. Together, they create a new sealed chamber around the break. This chamber replaces the damaged pipe wall. The clamp handles both axial water thrust and radial water pressure.
