Seals Flanged Tee Connections
The Flanged Tee Emergency Repair Clamp is for leaks at flanged tee connections. Flanged tees are common in pump stations and valve chambers. The flanges connect the tee to the main and branch pipes. Leaks can happen at any of the three flange joints. Our clamp seals all three flanges at once.
The housing has three flange sealing sections. One section seals the main pipe inlet flange. One section seals the main pipe outlet flange. One section seals the branch pipe flange. All three sections are integrated into one T-shape housing. The clamp bolts to the existing flange bolt holes on all three flanges. This anchors the clamp securely. The internal gaskets seal against the flange faces and pipe ends. The entire tee assembly is enclosed in the clamp. No water can escape from any of the three joints.

Used in a Major Pump Station
A pump station had a flanged tee leak on the discharge line. The tee connected DN300 main pipes to a DN150 branch. The pump station supplied water to a large industrial zone. A shutdown was impossible. The station used our Flanged Tee Emergency Repair Clamp. The clamp sealed all three flanges. The pump station kept running without interruption.
