‌Clamp-type (Mechanical Seal)‌: Features a high-strength stainless steel or ductile iron sleeve housing a specialized rubber sealing gasket. Tightening the bolts causes the housing to clamp uniformly (360°) around the leak site, compressing the gasket to fill cracks and gaps and creating a durable, stable mechanical seal; the sealing effect of the lip-shaped gasket actually strengthens as internal pipeline pressure rises.


‌Epoxy Resin Repair Tape‌: Relies on the material's strong chemical bonding properties. When wrapped over the damaged area, the material cures to adhere firmly to the pipe surface, filling cracks and forming a high-strength protective sealing layer to stop leaks.


‌Shape Memory Alloy Repair Device‌: Utilizes the properties of shape memory alloys. The alloy sleeve is pre-expanded to a diameter larger than the pipe; after installation, heating triggers the alloy to contract, clamping tightly around the leak site and working with an internal gasket to achieve a long-lasting seal.


‌Elbow-Specific Repair Device‌: Features a split-body metal structure that is fitted around the leaking section of the elbow. Tightening the bolts compresses an internal, specially shaped rubber gasket, allowing it to conform to the elbow's curved surface for an all-around seal; it is suitable for various elbow configurations, such as 90° and 45° bends.
