316 Stainless Steel:Enhanced with molybdenum, this material offers significantly improved resistance to acids, alkalis, and chloride ion corrosion. It is suitable for long-term use in highly corrosive environments, such as marine settings and chemical pipelines. With a service life exceeding 15 years under normal operating conditions, it currently offers the highest level of durability.
304 Stainless Steel: Offers a balanced combination of corrosion and rust resistance. It does not easily rust during prolonged contact with standard water or fuel gas, making it suitable for routine applications like municipal water supply, drainage, and residential gas lines. With a typical service life of 8–12 years, it represents a cost-effective, durable choice for residential and general industrial applications.
SUS201 Stainless Steel: Features relatively weak rust resistance and is prone to rusting in humid, acidic, or alkaline environments. It is suitable only for temporary emergency repairs or dry, non-corrosive conditions, with a typical service life of just 2–3 years.
PTFE-Lined Composite Material:Features a PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) lining added to a stainless steel base. This design retains the structural strength of the stainless steel shell while providing resistance to the vast majority of highly corrosive chemical media. It offers superior durability compared to standard stainless steel in specialized chemical applications, though care must be taken to prevent sharp or hard objects from scratching the lining.
