Repair Clamp for Cast Iron Pipe

The Cast Iron Pipe Repair Clamp (Banding Type) is made for small cast iron branch lines and service connections. Many city networks have small-diameter cast iron pipes feeding homes and businesses. These pipes rust through more easily because they have thinner walls. Our clamp gives you a quick, low-cost way to fix them.

The clamp is a split-ring design. It is precision-cast from QT450 ductile iron. Inside, there is an EPDM sealing pad that is molded into the housing. Slide the clamp onto the pipe from the side. Align the ends and tighten the bolt. The sealing pad presses against the cast iron surface. Cast iron pipe surfaces are rough. Our sealing pad is thicker to fill surface irregularities. The housing wall is thin but strong enough for small pipes.
