Fixes Leaks at Flange Roots
The Flanged Pipe Repair Clamp is for leaks where the pipe meets a flange. The flange root is a stress point. Cracks often start here. Corrosion attacks this area too. Our clamp fixes these leaks without removing the flange and without stopping flow.
The clamp has two parts. One part bolts to the flange face. The other part wraps around the pipe. Axial bolts pull the flange face tight. Radial bolts tighten the pipe section. The two bolt systems work together. They seal the flange face and the pipe surface at the same time. The clamp does not add extra size to the flange. The flange bolts remain accessible for future maintenance.

Used in a Chemical Park Fire System
A chemical park had a fire water line with a flange root crack. Ground settlement caused the crack. The fire line could not be shut down. Flange removal was difficult. The park maintenance team used our Flanged Pipe Repair Clamp. They installed it under pressure. The repair held for three months with no leaks. The park has since used the same solution on other similar faults.
We offer a 10-year warranty. The housing is QT450 ductile iron with epoxy coating. The bolts are 8.8 grade with anti-loosening washers. Each clamp is custom-made based on your flange and pipe dimensions.
