Clamp-On Fix for Flanged Pipe Ends
The Flanged Repair Clamp is for pipes that already have a flange on one end. The flange face gets damaged. The sealing surface no longer holds pressure. Replacing the flange means cutting and re-welding. Our clamp bolts directly to the existing flange bolt holes. The other end wraps around the pipe. No cutting, no welding.
The clamp has two sections. One section is a flange plate. It has holes that match your flange bolt pattern. You bolt this section to your existing flange. The other section is a pipe wrap. It covers the pipe behind the flange. The two sections join together. This creates a sealed chamber around the damaged flange face. The original flange is still there. The clamp just adds a new sealing surface on top.

Installs Without Pipe Modification
A paper mill had a flanged pipe end with a damaged sealing face. The pipe carried process water. The flange could not be removed without stopping production. The mill used our Flanged Repair Clamp. They bolted it to the existing flange bolt holes. They tightened the pipe wrap section. The leak stopped. Production continued without any modification to the pipe.
