Elbow Joint Repair Clamp

The Elbow Joint Repair Clamp is made for leaks at pipe elbow joints. Elbows change the direction of water flow. This creates high Impact forces at the bend. The socket rings at elbow joints wear out faster than on straight pipes. Our clamp repairs these leaks without removing the elbow and without shutting off water.

The housing is shaped to match the elbow's geometry. It has a curved section that follows the elbow's bend radius. It also has two bell-covering sections at each end. When installed, the two housing halves wrap around the elbow from the outside. Multiple bolts pull the halves together. The gasket creates a continuous seal around the elbow surface. The clamp fits tightly and does not add much extra size. This works well in small valve pits and inspection chambers.

We have our own R&D team and many patents. Elbow clamps are harder to make than straight clamps. The molds are complex. The casting process needs precise control. We have improved our process over many years. We now produce elbow clamps in stable production batches. Our products are tested by the Shanghai Institute of Quality Inspection. They meet national standards for strength and sealing.
