90 Degree Elbow Repair Clamp

The 90 Degree Elbow Repair Clamp is our dedicated product for standard 90-degree elbow socket leaks. These elbows are everywhere in pipe networks. They change flow direction and create stress on joints. The rubber rings at these bends age faster than elsewhere. Our clamp repairs them without replacing the elbow and without water shutdown.

The housing matches the exact geometry of a standard 90-degree elbow. The two halves form a complete enclosure around the elbow when bolted together. The internal gasket follows the curved path of the elbow surface. It seals both socket ends and the curved bend area. Eight or more bolt sets compress the gasket evenly around the entire elbow. This leaves no gap in the seal. After installation, the clamp becomes one unit with the elbow. It handles water pressure and soil loads at the same time.

We have our own R&D team and over ten patents. We are experienced in making non-standard repair products. We handle everything in-house: design, mold making, casting, machining, and testing. Each product is pressure-tested at 2.4 MPa for five minutes with no pressure drop. Every clamp comes with its own test report. You can trace the data back to our records.
