Flanged Pipe Repair Clamp

The Flanged Pipe Repair Clamp fixes leaks on pipes near flanged ends. The area where a pipe meets a flange is a common failure point. Pipe stress concentrates at the flange root. Corrosion often attacks this area. Our clamp repairs these leaks without removing the flange and without shutting down the system.

This clamp has two sealing sections. One section seals against the flange face. The other section seals against the pipe body behind the flange. The housing has a sealing plate that presses against the flange end face. The pipe section wraps around the pipe body. Axial bolts pull the plate tight against the flange. Radial bolts tighten the pipe section. These two forces work together. They seal both the flange face and the pipe surface. The clamp leaves the flange bolts accessible for future maintenance.
