Dual Seal System for Maximum Reliability
The Double Socket Connector with Gasket adds an extra end-face seal to our standard double-socket design. This gives you both radial sealing and end-face sealing in one product. The double seal system is ideal for high-pressure lines and critical network nodes where leak prevention is essential.
Each socket has a standard EPDM radial seal ring. There is also an end-face gasket at the bottom of each socket. When the pipe reaches the limit stop, the pipe end presses against the end-face gasket. This creates an axial seal. The radial seal around the pipe OD works together with the end-face seal. If one seal has a tiny leak from a pipe surface scratch, the other seal still holds. The dual seal design gives you much higher safety margin.
We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Our EPDM gaskets are molded to precise dimensions with consistent material properties. We have a health permit for drinking water products. Each connector is hydro-tested at 2.4 MPa before shipping. Our quality records are traceable.
Used on a Major Water Plant Outfall
A large water plant used our connector on their DN400 treated water outfall. The design pressure was 1.4 MPa. The line runs at full capacity all year. The plant needed absolute seal reliability. They chose our Double Socket Connector with Gasket. The system passed a 1.6 MPa hydro test with zero pressure drop over four hours. The line has run safely for three years with no leaks. The plant managers now specify our connector for all critical connections.
We offer a 10-year warranty. Each connector comes with a hydro test report and a gasket material test report. Sizes cover DN50 to DN400. Custom sizes are available.
