Flanged Repair Clamp

The Flange Repair Clamp stops leaks at flange connections. Flange faces get scratched during installation. Corrosion pits form over time. The gasket between flanges loses its seal. Normal repair means stopping flow and taking the joint apart. Our clamp works from the outside. You do not remove bolts or change the old gasket.

The clamp has two half-circle housings. They form a ring around the flange pair. The ring has end seals that press against the pipe walls. Inside the ring, a thick EPDM gasket fills the space. This creates a new seal system. It works alongside the old gasket. Even if the old gasket leaks, the clamp keeps water contained. The original flange bolts stay accessible. You can still service them later.

We make this clamp in our 3,500 square meter factory. We hold a health permit for drinking water products. Our annual sales exceed 80 million RMB. We hydro-test every clamp at 2.4 MPa before shipping. Each product has a test report. The housing uses QT450 ductile iron. The epoxy coating resists corrosion in buried and wet environments.
