The housing surface is sand-blasted to Sa2.5 standard. This is a high cleanliness level. The epoxy coating is 50% thicker than our standard coating. It is applied by electrostatic spray and cured in a high-temperature oven. The coating has no pinholes. The bolts and nuts are stainless steel or have Dacromet anti-rust treatment. This prevents seizing. The EPDM gasket uses a chemical-resistant compound. It resists acids, alkalis, salt water, and industrial wastewater.
